Here are two examples of typical summer menus for an evening meal:

Vegetarian
1. Orange salad with ruccola
2. Cream of pumpkin soup
3. Rice balls in a gorgonzola sauce on a bed of spinach
4. Pears in red wine with cream

Non-Vegetarian
1. Toasted slices of bread with various spreads
2. Tagliatelle with duck sauce and cep mushrooms
3. Meat kebabs with Salsicce, chicken, pork and rabbit, oven roasted potatoes
4. Mascarpone crème with Vinsanto and almond biscuits

Much like all the above, our menus depend on what is available from the garden and from the market in any particular season. In Spring we cook artichokes, green asparagus, stuffed courgette-blossoms, we roast organic lamb or kid, in summer there will be ripe tomatoes in all possible variations, rabbit, pigeon, lots of fruit and vegetables, in the autumn mushrooms and occasionally game.
