Lessons take place in our rustic and beautifully equipped kitchen.
Each lesson lasts approximately 2.5 hours and ends with a pleasant, friendly lunch among the participants.
Reservation and notification of possible allergies is required.
To complete your culinary experience, we recommend the Casanuova Cookbook, the authentic recipe book of typical Tuscan cuisine, available at the moment only in German.

After a brief introduction in our garden to discover all the seasonal vegetables, lessons will take place in the heart of the Locanda the kitchen.
Together, we will enjoy the art of homemade pasta, almond Cantuccini, stuffed wildboar and so much more!
And then, with flour on our aprons , we will reunite at the table to share and savour all our dishes together with a good glass of wine!
