TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF AN INDIVUDAL RESERVATION
If a reservation is cancelled fewer 13 days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the total amount of the reservation will be applied, unless otherwise stated in booking confirmation. This condition will be applied also for a no-show reservation. If a deposit has been paid, it will be retained, ( Caparra confirmatoria, art. 1453 Codice Civile) or, as agreed between the parties, it will be valid for a future booking within the following 12 month. In case of a new cancellation the deposit will be considered definteley not refundable.
TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF A GROUP RESERVATION
For terms, rates and the cancellation policy for group bookings, reference is made to the contractual conditions defined and countersigned by the parties, as set out on the sales tourist contract.
TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF A CELEBRATION EVENT
After the conclusion of the contract between the contracting parties, a deposit of 20% of the total amount within 10 days is required, in order to guarantee the booking of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties. In case of cancellation 90 days before the date of the event, the deposit will be retained. After, a penalty will be applied as follows: 89-60 days 50% 59-30 days 75% 29-0 days 100%
In case of cancellation of cerimonies or other event due to force majeure ( natural disasters or Pandemics) with a payment of a deposit, in agreement between the parties, a new date can be reprogrammed within the following calendar year, considering the deposit amount still valid as guarantee of the event.
But, in case of further impossibility, the deposit can no longer be hold.
THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Each booking by phone, email or through our booking engine will be considered confirmed only after a deposit of 20% of the total stay is received, or only after having received the credit card details, valid as a guarantee for the reservation. In case of a not-refundable booking, the total amount will be charged at the time of reservation.
The Locanda Casanuova accepts payment by cash or by the following credit cards: Euro / Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, CartaSi and Bancomat.
